Who we are
LUNA Dance Academy is a project of the Cyber Dance Association, a registered nonprofit (no. 580744480). The association runs this site, sells the courses and workshops and issues the receipts. LUNA is the brand name of the activity.
Using the site
The site describes LUNA's courses, workshops and parties. We keep it up to date, but days, times and places may change. The binding details are the ones shown in the shop at the time of purchase.
Purchase and payment
- Purchases are made in the association's online shop at edu.cyber-school.co.il. This site takes no payments and stores no payment details.
- Prices are in shekels and are final. No VAT is added.
- Receipts are issued in the name of the Cyber Dance Association.
- The shop's own terms also apply to the payment process.
App access
LUNA courses include access to the Cyber Dance app for practice at home, at no extra cost. Access is personal. The app's own terms of use apply to it.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation follows Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010.
- When you can cancel. Within 14 days from the purchase, or from the day you received the transaction document, whichever is later. For a course, workshop or lesson, the cancellation must reach us at least two days that are not rest days before the first session.
- Cancellation fee. 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.
- Refund. Within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to the means of payment you used.
- Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants, as defined by law, may cancel within four months of the transaction if it included a conversation between us, including by phone or messages, under section 14C(c1) of the law.
- How to cancel. By email, WhatsApp or phone, with your name and the order details. Our details are at the bottom of this page.
If we cancel a session and no replacement date is set, you get a proportional refund for that session.
The open parties
The Friday party and the Thursday practice party are free. Participants take part at their own responsibility and must follow the rules of the host venue.
Health and safety
Dancing is physical activity. If you have a medical condition, consult a doctor before joining, and tell the instructor before the lesson.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, the LUNA name and the logo belong to the Cyber Dance Association. They may not be copied or used without written permission.
Accessibility and privacy
The accessibility statement and the privacy policy are part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms and the use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
