Open a branch

A LUNA branch where you live

Instructors and communities in the north can open a LUNA branch. This is how it works.

From above: many couples dancing in warm light

You teach. We take care of everything else.

LUNA wants every town in the north to have a place to dance. So we built a model in which the association provides everything around the class, the logistics and the marketing, and you focus on what you do best: teaching, and building your community. No studio to rent, no money to collect from students, and minimal risk.

What the nonprofit takes on

  • The studio: a place to teach, with the rent paid by the association
  • Registration and payments: through the LUNA system, with receipts issued by the association
  • Marketing: the website, Instagram, Facebook, the WhatsApp community and the UNO festival
  • Paying the instructors: for every lesson reported in the system

What's left for you

  • Teaching
  • Your community

Our values

Community, not just a class.

A LUNA branch is a community first: a loving, supportive place where everyone who comes to dance feels at home.

Dance for everyone.

The first lesson of every course is a free trial lesson, and the community parties are open to anyone who wants to come and try.

Not for profit.

LUNA runs through the Cyber Dance Association. The money pays for the venue and the instructors, so that dance stays within everyone's reach.

The north, connected.

LUNA stands for Latin United North Academy. Every branch brings another town into one community, which meets at the parties and at the UNO festival.

Who receives itOne person receives the commission and shares it as they choose: a single instructor, a community or several instructors.
When it startsA branch starts earning commission only after the association approves it and names the branch manager and the instructors.
Payments and receiptsStudents pay in the association's shop, and the association issues the receipts.
