The LUNA Dance Academy website is operated by the Cyber Dance Association. This page explains what information the site collects, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept. It was written from what the site actually collects.
What the site collects
In the forms
- Contact form
- Name, phone, email, subject and message.
- Application to open a branch
- Name, phone, email, in what capacity you apply, town or area, what you teach, teaching experience, whether you have a place to teach, links to Instagram or a video, and a message.
- Offer to host a Friday party
- Contact person's name, phone, email, the venue's name and type, town, what the venue has, dates that suit you, and a message.
- Volunteering to instruct at the parties
- Name, phone, email, area, what you teach, which parties you would like to instruct at, experience, links, a message, and your confirmation that this is voluntary.
Every form also records the confirmation you ticked, that we may get back to you about your request.
Technical information
When a form is sent, the site stores the IP address, the time, the browser type and the page the form was sent from. This is used to protect against spam and bots, and to handle your request.
Cookies
The site uses a single cookie, a security cookie needed to send forms. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Map on the branch pages
The branch pages show an embedded Google Maps map that loads only when you scroll to it. While it is showing, Google may collect information and use cookies under Google's privacy policy.
You are not obliged to give us any information. There is no legal duty to fill in the forms. Without a phone number or email we cannot reply, and without the details of a request we cannot consider it.
Why we need it
- To answer your enquiry.
- To consider a request to open a branch, host a party or volunteer, and to coordinate with you.
- To schedule volunteer instructors at the parties.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We will not send you marketing messages based on these forms. Such messages are sent only if you agree to them separately and explicitly.
Who it is shared with
- The association's management system. Your request is passed to the system where the team handles enquiries.
- The team. A notice of your request is sent to the team's mailbox.
- Service providers. The site's hosting server, Google Workspace email, and Cloudflare when it is enabled for site security and bot detection. They process the information for us only.
We do not sell information or pass it on to others for marketing.
Purchases
Courses, workshops and passes are bought in the association's online shop at edu.cyber-school.co.il. Payment details do not pass through this site. The shop's own privacy policy applies to what you give there.
How long it is kept
For as long as it is needed to handle your request and stay in touch with you. If you ask us to delete your details, we delete them from this site and from the association's management system.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may see the information kept about you, ask to correct it and ask to delete it. Write to us and we will handle it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to the team that handles them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at its top.
